They regularly check in with the patient's family and should the family member be in a facility, they ensure that the facility provides proper care. Pros- works with family well, and provides top quality care.  Everyone, from the Caseworker to the CNA, are dedicated to their patients. Cons- I dont think there is a communication app used by the entirety of the staff.  This results in the Caseworker being aware of something,  but it doesn't get relayed to the CNA or vice versa.  I understand HIPAA laws may affect this, but it would be nice to have non HIPAA violating items be known by all involved. Diana, Gretchen, Emily, Cindy, Tracy, and Bee- you all are the best!
